How far in advance should I book?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can schedule your delivery and pickup. Need totes faster? Message us anyway. When we can make it happen in as little as 12 hours, we will.

What's the minimum order?

20 totes. That's our Studio package at $95 for two weeks, delivery and pickup included.

What if I need the totes longer than 2 weeks?

No problem. Extra weeks run $45 for a Studio up to $95 for a 5BR, and the exact price is listed on every package card. Just let us know before your pickup date.

What happens if a tote is lost or damaged?

Lost or damaged totes are $35 each. Normal wear from a move is expected. We just ask you treat them well.

What if I miss my pickup?

A missed pickup incurs a $59 trip fee for the return visit. We'll confirm your pickup window ahead of time.

Do you deliver outside Ocean County?

Our standard service area is Ocean County, NJ. Nearby? Message us and we'll see what we can do.
